A swag is an iconic piece of kit used by Aussie bushmen that stores a mattress and sleeping bag, rolled up for horseback travel. Polar Swag takes it one step further with a built-in seat that rounds off your tent time with a dose of luxury.

Available in Regular and Large (wide) to suit your favourite mattresses from Therm-a-Rest, Sea to Summit and Exped.

Zip-away layers

Polar Swag covers all bases - safeguards your inflatable mattress (up to 9cm total thickness), stashes your sleeping bag and stores readily-needed items. Each compartment is sealed by no-snag zippers to keep everything ordered and protected.

Built-in seat

Polar Swag even converts into our Rekliner seat using 4 replaceable poles and tension straps sewn into the Swag. Ripper!

Rekliner can also be bought as a standalone item.

Foot Canopy

A clever canopy prevents the foot box of your sleeping bag from touching your icy tent or other dampening objects. Now updated to a mesh fabric to prevent condensation build-up.

Robust

Like all Icetrek products, our Polar Swag is made from the very best materials - 70D Ripstop Nylon, YKK zippers, Duraflex buckles. Strap it onto your pulk and ski across Greenland, it'll give you reliable performance day after day.

Replaceable rods

The four aluminium chair support rods are replaceable through small slots in the pole sleeves

Roll-up

The Swag rolls up into a convenient scroll. If using only an inflatable mattress you can also leave it in place so long as it's deflated. And if it's inflated, it can be folded in thirds and secured using the seat straps.
