Trekking Food and diet

The diet for our Australian and Greenland trips is modified from our polar diet.

While being less in calories than our cold-climate polar diet, it provides adequate energy to sustain trekkers on our Australian winter and Greenland summer trips.

Our typical daily diet consists of:

Breakfast Lunch and Snacks Evening
Our famous breakfast bomb - instant oats, powdered milk, protein powder, desiccated coconut and crushed pecans
Instant soup Potato Crisps
Beverage - tea, coffee, choc
Dry crackers
Freeze-dried meal

Energy bars
Chocolate
Cheese
Beverage
Salami

Chocolate
Scroggin - nuts, dried fruit, lollies
