- Airport transfers in Longyearbyen
- Hotel accommodation in Longyearbyen (we can help you find appropriate accommodation at your preferred budget).
- Accommodation and meals at Barneo other than indicated
- Excess baggage (€25/kg)
- Additional costs (accommodation, meals etc.) due to changes beyond our control ie. weather delays
- Evacuation, hospitalization and repatriation costs and/or insurance
- Satellite telephone airtime beyond 2 minute allowance

Plan a ski trip with a difference, perhaps from Barneo to the pole and back. Or an engagement or wedding, an anniversary or remembrance, a graduation or ceremony. Anything is possible.
Let us know what you would like to do and we will organise it for you. It can be between 1 and 21 days long and can include as many people as you like. We arrange all the details relating to North Pole logistics and add special touches if you have a celebratory objective.
All trips include flights to the North Pole and services at Barneo Ice Camp.
There are flights with SAS and Norwegian Air almost daily from Oslo, Norway to Longyearbyen, Svalbard.
