The Original Flexi
Flexi bindings were invented by polar adventurer and Icetrek founder Eric Philips in 2002 to combat the alarming failure rate amongst boot and binding combinations on polar ski expeditions. He skied on the prototype all the way from the Siberian coast to the North Pole, without failure, and spawned a new era in extreme-cold bindings. Flexi Vintro is engineered to withstand the most brutal ski expedition on Earth, a ski crossing of the Arctic Ocean. It'll do that, over and over and over.

Boot Harness
This is the ultimate system for the most brutal conditions. The reinforced boot harness, made from premium-grade 25mm webbing, is attached to Flexi's side-walls via double cam-slots. Once cammed in they never move. Step into Flexi Vintro, pull the oversized tensioning strap to secure the boot and you're away. One hand, one easy action! The straps automatically adjust to any boot size, with additional adjustment at the cam-slots for super-size. To exit, place the tip of your ski pole through the release loop and push with the basket. Free in seconds without bending over. After a few uses the straps retain a memory of your boot shape. Fitted with high-quality acetal buckles for cold tolerance.
Bolster Spacer Kit
Although Flexi Vintro's come in two widths, optional Bolsters take up any remaining play you may still have between your boots and sidewalls. Easy to install, simply release the straps in the cam slots, insert the bolster and re-engage the straps. You don't need to use both bolsters per binding, just use as required.

To determine which width Vintro binding you require, measure your boot width at the Rear point (60mm from the back) and at the Mid point (200mm from the back). The sizes should fall within the given ranges.
